Meet the Owner- Kennetha Peebles
Welcome to Blackberry Confections LLC!
Born and raised in Dayton, Ohio, I have always had a passion for creative arts, baking as well as a desire to become an entrepreneur. This passion and desire would lead to the development of Blackberry Confections LLC.
Established in 2011, Blackberry Confections LLC is a home-based dessert company specializing custom cakes, cupcakes and dessert tables! Inspired by a family of bakers, I aim to provide the ultimate dessert experience you could ever imagine. The richness of our cakes is deeply rooted in the rich tradition of baking with family and love.
After working in higher education for over 15 years, I still had a longing for getting back to my true passion of cake artistry. So at the beginning of 2019, I decided to rebrand and relaunch Blackberry Confections. Since the relaunch, Blackberry Confections has soared to heights that were unimaginable!
I am a proud alumnus of THE Ohio State University where I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. I then pursued my Master of Science degree from Franklin University in the area of Marketing and Communications. I am a wife, mother and proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
